Due to the prevailing situation regarding COVID-19, Petshopmalta has taken the following preventative measures with immediate effect: 1. Cash on delivery for purchases made through our website will no longer be accepted. All purchases must be paid in advance through electronic means (Credit card, paypal or revolut(99420418) 2. All deliveries will be left at the entrance of the building. 3. Due to the influx of orders, express deliveries are not being accepted for the time being. These are temporary preventive measures taken by the Company to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and all our customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Work and Delivery Days

Working Days are Monday to Saturday. No Deliveries are done on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Delivery Slots

Delivery is done from the third working day following the order at the date and time indicated on check-out. Deliveries to Gozo are done every Thursday. We will do our best to adhere to the chosen slot unless forced to deviate by circumstances beyond our control.

It would be of great help if you could write a short description of the property or adjacent landmarks to help our staff find you more quickly. Please keep your mobile handy when the delivery is due as you are often contacted by the delivery person on arrival. The present contactless method of delivery due to the present COVID19 situation requires you to indicate a place where the order can be left for pick up just outside your door.

 

 

Delivery charges

All deliveries above the value of €50 are free of delivery charge. There is no minimum order value but orders under €25 carry a charge of €5 while those between €25 and €50 are charged €3.

Payment can be done by Paypal, Credit/Debit Card or Revolut.
